Shea butter

Description

Premium quality shea butter from Nature First is ivory in color. Shea
butter is a fat obtained from the nut of the African Shea (Karite) tree
(Vitellaria paradoxa).

Shea butter is rich in
antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, emollient, and humectant properties.
It has good water-binding properties and can act as a refatting agent.
Some of its properties have a limited capacity to absorb ultraviolet
radiation. Gives a moisturizing and smoothing effect.

Composition: Shea butter is composed of fatty acid.

Uses:

Shea
butter can be used as medicinal ointment; lip gloss; skin moisturizer
cream and emulsion; hair conditioner for dry and brittle hair texture.
Shea butter can also be used for the management of sinusitis and relief
of nasal congestion, body, and joint pain.
